Our Preliminary Get-Acquainted Meeting
FINANCIAL PLANNING SERVICES
For most new clients, a financial plan must precede other services. During the planning process, we gather and analyze data about your:
1. Cash Flow and Debts 2. Investments 3. All types of insurance coverage 4. Estate (Wills, Trusts, etc.) 5. Taxes 6. Employee Benefits 7. Personal Data, Risk Tolerance, and preferences 8. Any other information pertinent to your overall financial situation
After thoroughly analyzing your situation, we:
1. Help you clarify and set realistic goals 2. Identify key financial issues concerning those goals 3. Prepare for you a customized Comprehensive Financial Plan with a list of recommendations and alternative strategies for achieving those goals.
The financial planning process we undertake will provide direction and discipline. It integrates your assets with your goals and objectives. It will help you achieve your lifetime goals by motivating you to action. Financial planning will give you peace of mind because if you know where you stand financially, where you are going, and how you are going to get there, you will feel more confident about your financial situation.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Wealth Management Services include:
- Ongoing management of your customized investment portfolio, consistent with your financial constraints, objectives, time horizon, risk tolerance and the prevailing economic conditions
- Ongoing and unlimited Financial Planning advice. Financial Planning should be an ongoing process due to changing economic conditions, constant tax law revisions, inflation rate changes, interest rate fluctuations, changes in investment mediums and changes in your personal situation and goals
- Preparation of your 1040 Income Tax Returns
- Investment Portfolio Performance Reports
- Assistance throughout the implementation process
By adopting Wealth Management Services, you are hiring a full time advisor.

HOURLY FINANCIAL CONSULTATIONS
One-time or periodic financial advice may be obtained as my time permits. Consultations are billed on a straight $200 per hour basis.

ADDITIONAL DETAIL REGARDING VALUE ADDED
In addition to the above detailed services, please note that:
- All or a portion of your fees may be tax deductible.
- All accounts are set up in the client's name. We never take custody of your assets. Copies of all trades, monthly brokerage statements and broker correspondence are sent directly to the client (with copies sent to our office).
- Investments will be made in either no-load mutual funds and/or Exchange Traded Funds ETFs purchased at discounted brokerage rates (starting at $9.99 per trade).
- There is no additional charge for telephone calls, consultations, plan updates, etc. *
- Clients are provided with a complete filing system called HOMEFILE® that will greatly simplify the filing of all important paper documents. *
- All client information, by law, is confidential.

OUR INTRODUCTORY GET-ACQUAINTED MEETING
We begin the planning process with a short phone conversation to determine whether there is a potential fit. If there is, we then set an appointment to meet.
Please download the short questionnaire (see Forms button on the left), fill it out and return to me via email or fax at least a few days before our meeting. This questionnaire and the meeting will give me a better understanding of you and your situation and whether or not I can add value for you. The meeting will also help you to assess my qualifications and working style.
At the conclusion of our one- to two-hour meeting, we will suggest an appropriate working relationship and the price for our services.
There is no charge for this meeting.
You will be provided with copies of the following documents before or at the conclusion of the introductory meeting:
- ADV Part II
- Signed NAPFA Fiduciary Oath
- Financial Planning Engagement Contract
- Up to three Client References
